Abstract

In December 2024, there will be year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation in Karo Regency of

1.33 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 107.80. y-on-y inflation occurs due to an increase in prices indicated by the increase in several expenditure group indices, namely: food, beverage and tobacco by 1.17 percent; clothing and footwear group by 3.21 percent; household equipment, equipment and maintenance group by 2.19 percent; health group by 1.15 percent; transportation group of 0.57 percent; information, communication, and financial services group by 0.54 percent; recreation, sports, and culture groups by 3.74 percent; group the provision of food and beverages/restaurants by 2.85 percent; and groups personal care and other services by 4.54 percent. December 2024 Karo Regency experienced month-to-month (m-to-m) inflation by 0.59 percent and the year-to-date (y-to-d) inflation rate of 1.33 percent.
